1. About these Terms
These Terms apply to your use of entereden.org and the information, experiences, bookings, and offers presented through it. The site is operated by Living Eden LLC (“Living EDEN,” “we,” “us”). By using the site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the site.
2. Nature of our offerings
Living EDEN brings together experiences in self-discovery, movement, personal development, spiritual reflection, learning, and community. Descriptions on this site are general information. Unless a specific written service agreement says otherwise, our offerings are not medical, mental-health, legal, financial, or emergency services. They do not diagnose, prevent, treat, or cure a condition and are not a substitute for care from a qualified professional. Spiritual and symbolic systems are offered as reflective perspectives, not scientifically established diagnosis or guaranteed prediction. Individual experiences and outcomes vary; you remain responsible for your choices.
3. Bookings, payments, and cancellations
Specific services, availability, prices, payment schedules, and any cancellation, rescheduling, or refund terms will be shown with the applicable booking or checkout. Please review those terms before completing a booking or purchase. A recurring payment will apply only when clearly disclosed at checkout. Mandatory rights under applicable law are not limited by this section.
