Meet Tiffany

Transformation has always felt bigger to me than one method.

I’m Tiffany Ham, Founder of Awakened Flame and Co-Founder of Living EDEN. My work has grown from a long exploration of the ways our bodies, emotions, beliefs, relationships, spirituality, choices, and everyday lives influence one another.

That curiosity has led me through many fields of study and practice—including coaching, massage and bodywork education, embodied and somatic approaches, Reiki and energetic practices, hypnosis, subconscious work, meditation, breathwork, symbolism, spiritual inquiry, lifestyle support, and intentional transformation.

Across these experiences, I began recognizing how much becomes possible when we listen to the whole person.

Who are you? What are you experiencing? What matters to you? What are you becoming curious about? And what would you like to create from here?

Our work begins with what is alive in you and what you feel called to cultivate.

MY APPROACH

The person comes before the technique.

I work integratively, which means our time together can take different forms depending on you, your intention, and what is present in the moment.

Sometimes the most useful thing is conversation and reflection. Sometimes it is reconnecting with the body. A guided practice, energetic experience, journal prompt, ritual, breath, sound, visualization, or new perspective may become meaningful. At other times, what matters most is simply creating enough spaciousness to hear yourself clearly.

My role is to offer a supportive space for exploration, bring forward practices and perspectives that serve what you are working with, and help what you discover find a place in the life you are actually living.

Your experience, your discernment, and your own relationship with yourself remain central.

The Work That Has Shaped Me

My work has grown through professional training, certification, personal practice, continuing education, and the lived experience of accompanying others through change.

Each field has offered a different way of listening: to the body, to emotion, to the stories we carry, to subtle energy, and to the deeper questions that give life meaning. Over time, these strands began informing one another, shaping an approach that can meet transformation across many dimensions of a person’s life.

My training in Law of Attraction Coaching and Health & Lifestyle Coaching strengthened my understanding of the relationship between personal vision, belief, intention, and everyday choice.

This strand of my work explores what you want to create and the patterns influencing your participation in it. It brings attention to your values, inner language, habits, capacity to receive, and the practical support that helps a meaningful intention take form.

Coaching gives the work a forward-moving rhythm: clarifying what matters, recognizing the resources already available, and choosing steps that support the life you are cultivating.

Embodied Healer training, massage-therapy education, bodywork experience, yoga-based study, and continued exploration of somatic approaches have deepened my relationship with the body as a place of listening and lived understanding.

Sensation, breath, posture, movement, tension, and ease can reveal another layer of an experience. These practices invite attention to how you inhabit yourself, what supports your presence, and how an insight feels when it begins becoming embodied.

This foundation helps me bring transformation into relationship with physical experience—giving qualities such as confidence, steadiness, receptivity, and self-trust somewhere tangible to grow.

As a Reiki Master, I bring energy awareness and energetic practice into the wider fabric of my work. This strand explores life force, flow, grounding, energetic boundaries, and the ways you sense and tend your own inner space.

Reiki, visualization, chakra exploration, ritual, and energetic clearing offer ways to work intentionally with the energetic dimension of an experience. They create space to notice what feels nourishing, depleted, concentrated, or ready for movement.

Energetic practice deepens the invitation to inhabit your own presence: tending vitality, becoming more conscious of energetic exchange, and cultivating a relationship with energy that supports the life you are living.

My studies in hypnosis, EFT-inspired approaches, subconscious exploration, intentional repatterning, and ongoing NLP practitioner training have shaped my curiosity about how inner experience is formed.

The language we use, the images we hold, and the associations we carry can influence what feels familiar, possible, or available. This strand explores those relationships through focused attention, reflective inquiry, guided imagery, and practices that support new perspectives and responses.

It brings intention into the inner world—helping you recognize the patterns shaping your experience and cultivate the beliefs, qualities, and ways of relating you want to carry forward.

Meditation, ritual, tarot, archetypal exploration, dowsing, pendulum work, advanced SRT-informed study, shadow work, and spiritual inquiry have shaped the contemplative and intuitive dimensions of my approach.

These practices offer different languages for exploring meaning. A symbol may illuminate a pattern. An intuitive impression may invite deeper listening. Ritual may give an intention a form you can experience, while shadow inquiry creates space to meet parts of yourself seeking greater understanding and integration.

This strand holds room for sacred connection, soul remembrance, curiosity, and discernment—allowing spiritual exploration to deepen your relationship with yourself and find expression in everyday life.

Ayurveda, herbalism, aromatherapy, sound-based practices, and lifestyle study have expanded my understanding of the relationship between inner experience and the conditions surrounding it.

Rhythm, nourishment, rest, environment, sensory experience, plants, and creativity all participate in the way we live. This strand brings attention to the daily forms of care that help you feel supported and connected to what matters.

Holistic living gives transformation a home in ordinary life. It invites you to cultivate rhythms and surroundings that nourish the qualities you are strengthening, so your practices become part of a life you can continue tending.

These strands continue to shape one another. Together, they give me a rich foundation for listening to the whole person and responding to what is ready to unfold.

Different practices can open different kinds of inquiry. Some bring attention to the body. Some help us explore language, beliefs, patterns, or imagination. Others create space for spiritual connection, relaxation, ritual, reflection, expression, or intentional change.

Your body participates in every experience you have. Sensation, breath, posture, movement, tension, and ease can offer insight into how you are meeting life and what is asking for your attention.

Somatic and embodiment practices invite you to become more present with those experiences. We may explore grounding, gentle movement, body awareness, or the felt qualities of an emotion, intention, or choice. Sometimes this means noticing something subtle; sometimes it means giving a new way of being room to take shape.

This work supports a deeper relationship with your body and its wisdom, helping qualities such as steadiness, confidence, self-trust, and receptivity become experiences you can recognize and cultivate.

The energetic dimension of life includes vitality, flow, sensitivity, connection, and the exchanges that occur between ourselves and the world around us. Becoming attentive to this dimension opens another way of understanding and tending your experience.

Reiki and energetic practices may include grounding, chakra exploration, visualization, clearing, balancing, and intentional work with energetic boundaries. Within my practice, these approaches create space to explore where energy feels abundant, depleted, concentrated, or ready to move, and to support greater harmony throughout your energetic experience.

This work invites you to inhabit your presence more fully, strengthen your relationship with life force, and become more intentional about the energy you carry, receive, and share.

Emotions bring together sensation, meaning, memory, and the ways we respond to an experience. Exploring those relationships can reveal both what you are carrying and what is ready to change.

EFT-inspired practices combine tapping, focused attention, and intentional language. We may bring awareness to an emotional theme, notice how it is experienced in the body, and explore words that acknowledge what is present while creating room for a different response.

Emotional repatterning invites greater flexibility in how you relate to yourself and your experience. It can support the cultivation of self-compassion, emotional awareness, and new ways of meeting situations that once felt familiar or automatic.

Your inner world holds images, associations, expectations, and stories that influence what feels possible. Subconscious exploration offers a way to become curious about these patterns and participate more intentionally in their development.

Hypnosis uses focused attention and guided inner experience to explore imagery, meaning, and intentional suggestion. Depending on the intention of our work, a practice may invite relaxation, strengthen an inner resource, explore a familiar association, or help you imagine and experience a new way of responding.

This work creates space to cultivate the qualities you want to carry forward—allowing your imagination, attention, and intention to participate in the changes you are choosing.

Sound can be experienced through listening, sensation, emotion, and atmosphere. Music, tone, rhythm, and vibration can help give an inner experience movement and create a meaningful setting for reflection or ritual.

Sound-based practices may accompany meditation, visualization, energetic exploration, or intentional rest. We may work with guided listening, music, or tone, paying attention to what resonates and how your experience changes as you listen.

This strand invites receptivity and expression. It offers space to experience harmony, movement, stillness, and connection through a sensory language that can reach beyond words.

Some parts of ourselves are easy to recognize and express. Others live beneath familiar roles, expectations, protective patterns, or the stories we have learned about who we should be.

Shadow work invites curiosity toward those less-visible parts. We may explore a strong reaction, a recurring relationship pattern, a conflicting desire, or a quality you find difficult to claim. Reflection, journaling, symbolic inquiry, and embodied awareness can help bring greater understanding to what emerges.

The invitation is toward a fuller relationship with yourself. As you recognize the needs, gifts, fears, and desires within these parts, you create more room for conscious choice, honest expression, and integration.

Intuition and symbolism offer ways of approaching questions through image, association, felt knowing, and meaning. They can illuminate an experience from an angle that ordinary conversation has yet to reveal.

Tarot, archetypes, synchronicity, and intuitive inquiry may become starting points for reflection. A symbol can bring a pattern into focus, invite a new question, or help you recognize something already stirring within you. We explore what arises in relationship to your experience and discernment.

These practices cultivate deeper listening and a more conscious relationship with your own knowing. They hold space for mystery, spiritual connection, and the meanings that emerge as you engage with your life.

Spiritual Response Therapy–informed study, pendulum work, and dowsing have influenced the structured energetic inquiry within my approach. These practices explore spiritual and energetic patterns, subconscious themes, and the intentions brought to clearing and repatterning.

Within this work, a question or intention provides a focus for inquiry. Pendulum and dowsing practices offer a structured way to explore energetic responses, while SRT-informed approaches bring attention to patterns and influences considered within a spiritual framework.

This strand invites intentional participation in energetic clearing, greater awareness of recurring themes, and alignment with the qualities you wish to embody. It also informs aspects of the energetic and spiritual exploration within the Awakened Flame Method.

My massage-therapy education and bodywork experience have shaped the way I listen to the physical dimension of transformation. Working with the body deepened my attention to touch, tension, relaxation, breath, movement, and the relationship between physical experience and inner life.

That perspective informs the questions I ask and the practices I bring forward. We may explore where you notice effort or ease, how an emotion appears physically, or what helps you feel more present and supported within yourself.

This foundation brings an embodied sensitivity to my wider work. It encourages attention to the body as an active participant in insight, expression, and everyday integration.

Yoga-based study has influenced my understanding of the relationship among movement, breath, attention, and presence. These elements offer ways to explore how you inhabit your body and meet the moment.

Practices may include gentle movement, grounding, breath awareness, or mindful stillness. The emphasis is on attending to your experience: noticing your rhythm, exploring a quality through movement, or allowing your body to participate in reflection.

This strand supports embodied awareness and an intentional relationship with practice. It invites you to discover movements and moments of presence that can become part of how you care for yourself.

These fields have broadened the way I understand nourishment, rhythm, environment, and sensory experience. They invite attention to the relationship between your inner life and the daily conditions that support it.

Ayurvedic perspectives bring curiosity to patterns and rhythms. Herbalism opens a relationship with plants and their place in everyday care. Aromatherapy explores scent as a sensory companion to atmosphere, reflection, and ritual. Together, these areas of study inform a holistic perspective on living.

This strand invites you to consider what helps your life feel nourishing and sustainable—from the pace of your day to the spaces and rituals you create. It gives personal transformation a place within the ordinary experiences you return to every day.

A Practice That Keeps Growing

I believe the person facilitating transformation should remain a student too.

My continued study currently includes NLP practitioner training, somatic approaches, and EMDR-informed learning, alongside the ongoing development and refinement of the Awakened Flame Method.

These areas of study continue to broaden my understanding and inform my perspective. My ongoing education supports the thoughtful development of my work, with each practice considered in relationship to my training and its place within the experiences I facilitate.

Learning is part of how I keep this work curious, responsive, and alive.

What helps insight become lived?

Over time, the different strands of my education, practice, observation, and experience began forming a larger framework. That framework became the Awakened Flame Methodâ„¢.

The Method looks at transformation across multiple dimensions of experience: awareness, emotion, embodiment, belief, intuition, relationship, expression, action, spiritual meaning, and everyday integration.

At its heart is an inquiry I continue returning to: how can what we discover within ourselves become part of the way we choose, relate, express, and live?

What It Is Like to Work With Me

I value spiritual depth alongside grounded everyday application. I believe meaningful transformation can be gentle, creative, powerful, playful, reflective, challenging, sacred, practical—or several of those things at once.
