FIERCE TRAINING
Discover what your body can do.

FIERCE is built around a simple idea: your body can become more capable. Through purposeful movement and responsive coaching, training becomes a way to explore what you can do, develop new skills, and build strength you can use.

Sessions can work with strength, coordination, mobility, balance, stability, power, endurance, and movement awareness. The focus is on helping you move with greater skill and confidence, adapt to changing demands, and keep building toward the activities and experiences that matter to you.
What would you love to become capable of?
A training session can develop more than one quality at a time. Reaching, turning, pushing, pulling, balancing, accelerating, and slowing down all ask the body to coordinate different kinds of effort. FIERCE uses varied movement challenges to help develop a broader range of physical capabilities.

Depending on the movement and your goals, training may explore strength, mobility, balance, coordination, stability, power, endurance, movement awareness, resilience, adaptability, and confidence. The mix can change as your skills and aims change.
What does FIERCE build?

Strength · Mobility · Balance · Coordination · Stability
Power · Endurance · Movement Awareness
Resilience · Adaptability · Confidence
The goal is a body that can respond—to movement, resistance, challenge, change, and the life you want to live.
THE FIERCE METHOD
Six principles. One adaptable practice.
FIERCE offers a framework for thinking about movement, effort, and growth. Its principles help shape training with purpose: connecting the work in each session to your body, your goals, and the skills you want to develop.
Movement with purpose.
Â
Functional means each movement has a reason for being there. Training can include reaching, pushing, pulling, turning, carrying, changing levels, or moving in different directions—actions that develop useful physical skills and can connect with personal, athletic, or everyday aims.

Bands can draw force from different directions. Weighted balls invite different ways to lift, carry, or direct effort. The tools and movements create specific challenges, and the coaching helps connect each challenge to what you’re developing.

The question behind it: What capacity is this movement helping me practise?
The body working as a connected system.

A movement can ask several parts of the body to contribute together. You might stabilize through your feet, create force through your legs and trunk, and guide that force through your arms. Strength, mobility, balance, control, and coordination can all be part of the same action.

FIERCE uses varied movement patterns to practise those connections. Over time, you can build a broader movement vocabulary and explore how different physical qualities support one another.

The question behind it: How do the parts of this movement work together?
Attention inside the movement.

Embodied training includes awareness of how you’re moving—not only whether you’ve completed a repetition. You can notice your position, timing, direction, balance, and effort as you work through a challenge.

That awareness gives you useful information. You may adjust your stance, pace, range, or approach; the coach can respond to what’s happening and help shape the next step. Your experience becomes part of the training conversation.

The question behind it: What am I noticing, and what choice would help me move with more intention?
The ability to adapt your effort.

Physical resilience develops through practice with varied demands. You may work with changing directions, levels of resistance, pace, or complexity, learning how to organize your effort and adjust your approach as the movement changes.

Some days the focus may be sustaining effort; other days it may be precision, control, or a new skill. FIERCE makes room for that range, so development includes learning how to meet a challenge thoughtfully and keep building through experience.

The question behind it: How can I meet this demand with skill and adaptability?
Building a larger range of things you can do.

Capability grows through skills you can practise and use: creating force, controlling movement, balancing, changing direction, coordinating your body, and sustaining effort. Training can help you explore where you are now and what you’d like to develop next.

Progress might mean handling a movement with more control, learning a new pattern, or feeling ready to take on a challenge that once felt unfamiliar. The focus stays connected to your goals and the abilities you want to build.

The question behind it: What can I do now, and what would I like to become capable of next?
Being an active participant in your training.

Empowered training gives you a clear role in the process. You can understand the purpose of a movement, communicate how it feels, ask questions, and take part in shaping your goals. The coach brings observation and guidance; your experience and choices help inform the work.

Confidence can grow through repeated practice, increasing understanding, and recognizing your own development. You’re building both physical skills and a stronger sense of how you want to engage with your training.

The question behind it: What do I want to build, and how do I want to participate in that process?
The principles work together.

A FIERCE session can bring several principles into one movement. The purpose, the physical challenge, the coaching, and your own participation all shape the experience. The work can adapt as your skills and goals develop.

CHOOSE YOUR FIERCE DOORWAY
FIERCE includes several paths, each with a different focus. You might be here to develop your own physical capacity, understand the approach behind the training, learn to coach, or explore your relationship with challenge. Start with the path that best fits what you’re curious about today.

Train With FIERCE
Build a body that can do more.
For people who want to develop their strength, movement skill, and physical capacity.
Â
Training uses purposeful challenges to explore how you create force, control movement, coordinate your body, and adapt as the task changes. Your work can draw on tools such as multidirectional bands, weighted balls, gloves, and bodyweight movement, with coaching shaped around your goals and starting point.
Â
The 30-Day FIERCE Immersion offers a structured way to experience the practice, build a regular training rhythm, and discover what you want to work toward next.

The Fight Within
Meet the challenge.
Choose what you build.
The Fight Within explores the inner experience of training: how you meet effort, respond when a challenge shifts, and keep choosing to participate in your own development.
Â
Through purposeful movement and reflection, you can notice what gives you momentum, where you find your edge, and how your relationship with strength and persistence evolves over time.
Â
This pathway invites you to bring intention to the work and recognize the capability you are building, one choice and one repetition at a time.
